    The economic and industrial structure of south Guizhou Province has regional characteristics, and the cultural resources are rich but limited in development. Colleges and universities in south Guizhou Province should pay attention to the comprehensive development of professional knowledge, practical ability, professional quality and market adaptability in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate industrial demand, market trend and south Guizhou Province cultural elements into talent training through multi-dimensional integration. Based on literature review and expert interviews, this study proposes six integration models of innovation, creativity, competition, production and innovation, science and technology, and innovation for colleges and universities in south Guizhou Province, and takes this model as a first-level index. Through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), an evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training for colleges and universities in south Guizhou Province is constructed. It provides a basis for scientific evaluation and improvement of the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in south Guizhou Province, and helps the sustainable development of social economy in south Guizhou Province.

    Sino Russian cooperative education under the“3+1”model is an important way to cultivate compound talents who are proficient in Russian language and professional knowledge. However, in the process of cultivating composite talents, there are still problems such as domestic students'difficulty in adapting to joint training programs, students'difficulty in supporting professional learning with their Russian language foundation, poor effectiveness of online teaching in Russia, and a lack of professional teachers who are proficient in material shaping and control in both Chinese and Russian languages.     Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities faces new opportunities and challenges, and the rural revitalization strategy provides broad development space for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. The government's policy support and the demand for new technologies and services in rural areas provide more opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.     Improving the career adaptability of application-oriented undergraduates is very important, and the freshman period is the critical stage. Investigating the career adaptability of freshmen in application-oriented undergraduate,and analysis the current status and influencing factors of freshmen’s career adaptability in application-oriented university. The results show that the career adaptability of freshmen in application-oriented university is at a medium level, and the career curiosity is higher than other dimensions, but the career adjustment is lower. The analysis of the influencing factors of career adaptability, targeted interventions can be proposed to effectively improve students’ career adaptability.
