Abstract: Sino Russian cooperative education under the“3+1”model is an important way to cultivate compound talents who are proficient in Russian language and professional knowledge. However, in the process of cultivating composite talents, there are still problems such as domestic students'difficulty in adapting to joint training programs, students'difficulty in supporting professional learning with their Russian language foundation, poor effectiveness of online teaching in Russia, and a lack of professional teachers who are proficient in material shaping and control in both Chinese and Russian languages. Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences has effectively reduced the burden on students, stimulated their interest in learning, improved their classroom focus, and enhanced the teaching quality of the materials forming and control engineering major by collaborating with the Russian side to revise the student training program, selecting Chinese accompanying teachers, implementing a combination of online and offline teaching methods, and introducing bilingual professionals. This has resulted in good teaching outcomes.
