Research on the “Double Innovation” Talent Training Model in Local Universities under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, with the promotion of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education and the construction of new engineering disciplines, local universities have explored effective innovative and entrepreneurial talent training models, achieving certain results, and continuously delivering diverse and innovative engineering and technology talents to society. However, there are still many problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local universities, especially in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship concepts, curriculum systems, teacher construction, practical platforms, and educational evaluation mechanisms. This article proposes improvement strategies for the above five aspects.
