Operational Mechanisms and Implementation Strategies of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: This article explores the operational mechanism and implementation strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. In terms of operational mechanisms, it clarifies the school structure and departmental responsibilities from the perspective of organizational management, builds a diversified system and methods for curriculum teaching, and strengthens the construction of practical training platforms and faculty teams both inside and outside the school. Regarding implementation strategies, it proposes improving the curriculum system, creating a high-quality faculty team, and establishing industry-university-research cooperation models to comprehensively promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, aiming to cultivate innovative talents that meet the needs of the times.
