    This article is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and combines social expectations, disciplinary adaptability, and personal efficacy to construct a model of the influencing factors of digital literacy improvement for teachers in private vocational colleges. Through questionnaire surveys and structural equation modeling analysis, the results show that social support, subject fit, and personal confidence significantly affect teachers'intention to apply digital skills, perceived value, and convenience. The research suggests promoting the improvement of teachers'digital teaching abilities through specialized training and incentive policies, and emphasizing the optimization of digital tool design to enhance teachers'willingness to use and promote the process of educational and teaching informatization.

    The rapid development of artificial intelligence have posed new challenges to the teaching methods of university courses, and the reform of course teaching is urgently needed.     This paper to help understand the relationship mechanism between learning adaptability and academic achievement in the process of connecting courses for college students majoring in business administration, in order to assist colleges in better setting up the connection between professional and undergraduate courses. A stratified sampling method was used to investigate the learning adaptability and influencing factors of 350 undergraduate students in 7 majors of business administration in various universities in Guangxi region. The analysis results indicate that gender can affect the adaptability of the transition from vocational to undergraduate courses; Different grades can affect the adaptability of the transition from vocational to undergraduate courses (this data shows that the second grade scores the highest); Different majors can affect the adaptability of the transition from vocational to undergraduate courses (this data shows that the human resources management major has the highest score); There is a significant positive relationship between learning adaptability and self-efficacy, learning environment, learning motivation, and academic achievement; There is a significant positive relationship between learning motivation, learning environment, self-efficacy, and academic achievement. Learning adaptability affects academic achievement through three mediating variables: self-efficacy, learning environment, and learning motivation.

    Under the background of new medicine, teachers need to change traditional teaching modes and explore and innovate teaching modes. Aiming to address the problems in the teaching of the“authentication of traditional Chinese medicine”, a total of 74 students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in 2021 were randomly divided into an experimental group (39) and a control group (35). The experimental group adopted a BOPPPS based on online and offline blended teaching mode and a diversified assessment mechanism, while the control group adopted a traditional teaching method. The results showed that the experimental group had significantly higher scores than the control group in terms of periodic evaluation, theoretical and procedural performance (P<0.05). It can be seen that the online and offline blended learning method based on the BOPPPS model and diverse assessment methods, greatly improved their learning enthusiasm and participation, and effectively improved the quality of teaching. It is worth further promoting and applying.

In particular, the proposal of new quality productivity has provided new opportunities and challenges for the development of private colleges and universities. The purpose of this study is to explore how private universities can build an“embedded”cooperation path that is closely integrated with local economic and social development through the guidance of new quality productivity, including joint development of courses and projects, establishment of industry-university-research integration platform, optimization of scientific research resource allocation, promotion of technology transfer and innovation, establishment of long-term evaluation mechanism, and promotion of social service capacity, and this methods meet the overall requirements of the state for higher education reform.

    With the increasing number of college graduates year by year, the competition in the job market is intensifying. College students urgently need to plan their career paths rationally. In addition to imparting professional knowledge, universities should strengthen career planning education, help students establish a correct employment concept, and promote comprehensive development. This study found that career planning education can enhance students'employment awareness, clarify career goals, and enhance employment competitiveness.
