Research on the Development and Improvement Path of Finance Major from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract

Abstract: Promoting the development finance major from the perspectives of innovation, intelligence, and sustainability is an important part of universities implementing the connotation of new quality productivity. This article is based on the Finance major at Hefei University and explores how to address the talent demand of the financial industry in the new era through educational innovation, emphasizing the importance of financial support and professional talent cultivation. Research has found that the innovative development of finance majors is a key way to understand the profound connotation of new quality productivity. By integrating ideological and political elements, strengthening curriculum system construction innovation, and promoting practical teaching innovation, it can effectively improve the education quality and comprehensive quality of finance majors, better adapt to the development needs of new quality productivity, provide strong talent support for the innovative development of the financial industry, and cultivate compound talents with modern financial knowledge and skills.
