Improving the Quality of Vocational and Technical Normal Education to Boost Rural Revitalization

Abstract: :The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, accelerate the building of a strong agricultural country, and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology and organizations. Vocational and technical normal education cultivates vocational education teachers. The educational objects of vocational education teachers are the vast reserve army of front-line skilled talents, and their student sources and main employment radiation areas are in rural areas. Serving the cause of rural revitalization is a significant mission entrusted to vocational normal education by the times. The improvement of the quality of vocational and technical normal education further helps the talents develop agriculture, strengthen agriculture by technology and enrich agriculture by industry. Faced with the shortcomings of mechanism structure and unclear teaching setup, vocational and technical normal education must link up with rural development actively, through thinking layout, teaching layout, practice layout, scientific and technological layout to achieve effective docking and integration, for rural revitalization can increase efficiency.
