Abstract: Deepening industry-education integration and promoting teachers'in-depth industry engagement are crucial pathways for industry-specialized universities to implement the integrated strategy for education, science and technology, and talent development. Taking the Civil Aviation University of China as an example, this paper employs a case study method to systematically elaborate on the institutional design, implementation pathways, and practical outcomes of the university's effective promotion of teachers'immersion in industrial production practices. This is achieved through constructing a“five-in-one”management system covering operation, motivation, support, assessment, and demonstration. The study provides a replicable model and valuable experience for similar universities to enhance the management of teachers'industry practice and advance collaborative talent cultivation through deeper industry-education integration.
