Abstract: Code refactoring ability is a core quality for software developers. Currently, there are a series of core problems in software development practice teaching, which make it difficult for students'refactoring ability to meet the actual needs of enterprises. In response to these issues, in combination with teaching practice and industry demands, a systematic training strategy is proposed, which includes correcting cognitive biases, linking testing and refactoring training, strengthening the practice of refactoring legacy code, and establishing a collaborative refactoring mechanism. Through multi-dimensional efforts, the effectiveness of teaching is enhanced, aiming to provide a feasible path for the reform of software development practice teaching in colleges and universities, helping students develop code refactoring capabilities that meet industry standards.
