Abstract: With the advent of the digital age, traditional talent training models are difficult to adapt to cross disciplinary needs. By integrating Japanese with information technology (IT) through interdisciplinary approaches, a“Japanese+IT”composite talent training system can be constructed. This system starts from the two-way development of language and technical abilities, plans a curriculum system that integrates language learning and IT skills, innovates teaching methods, and cooperates with enterprises through practical projects to ensure that students have competitiveness in the global and digital environment. The implementation of this system can not only enhance students'cross-cultural communication ability, but also cultivate their application ability in the IT industry, and provide more composite talents that meet modern needs for related industries, promoting the two-way cooperation development between students and enterprises.
