Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous promotion of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, universities as important bases for talent cultivation, have significant implications for promoting regional economic and social development through the entrepreneurial activities of their college students. College student entrepreneurship has become an important pathway in promoting regional development and alleviating employment pressure. However, college student entrepreneurship faces challenges such as cognitive biases, insufficient abilities, resource scarcity, imperfect education systems, and inadequate policy guarantees. This article proposes measures to strengthen entrepreneurship education, enhance policy support, create a social atmosphere, and improve personal qualities from the perspective of collaboration among universities, governments, society, families, and students. The aim is to build a good entrepreneurial ecosystem, assist college students in entrepreneurship, and provide reference for relevant practices and policy formulation.
