Research on Teaching Reform of New Energy Vehicle Courses from the Perspective of Employment

Abstract: Focusing on the perspective of employment, this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of the course new energy and electric vehicle technology and systematically expounds the academic and practical value of teaching reform. On the basis of sorting out the research status at home and abroad, it innovatively carries out research from the dimensions of curriculum positioning, knowledge system update, stimulation of students'subjective initiative, and cultivation of practical ability. Combining diversified research methods, it clarifies the key and difficult points as well as the characteristics of the reform. The research aims to construct a curriculum teaching model that meets the employment needs, improve students' professional quality and employment competitiveness, and provide an innovative path and practical example for talent training in the new energy and electric vehicle industry.
