Abstract: The paper explores the practical model of innovation and entrepreneurship education for the financial management discipline from the perspective of industry-education integration. It analyzes current challenges such as the disconnection between curriculum and professional needs, rigid teaching methods, insufficient practical experience among instructors, and loose university-enterprise collaboration, and proposes a collaborative education system featuring“curriculum integration, pedagogical innovation, platform co-construction, and evaluation linkage”. Through measures including hierarchical progressive curriculum design, project-based and scenario-based teaching reforms, the establishment of a three-tier practical platform comprising“on-campus bases, industry colleges, and incubation spaces”, and the implementation of a multi-dimensional competency evaluation mechanism, the study aims to foster deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain. Furthermore, it outlines implementation pathways focusing on optimizing university-enterprise collaboration mechanisms, strengthening the development of a“dual-qualified”teaching workforce, and establishing a dynamic quality assurance system. The findings provide theoretical and practical insights to support the systematic and practice-oriented development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in financial management.
