Abstract: Faced with the development needs of new quality productivity centered on artificial intelligence, quantum information, and new materials, the curriculum system of science and engineering courses in universities urgently needs to be reformed to solve the prominent contradictions of lagging teaching content and insufficient students'practical and innovative abilities. This article takes the core basic course of solid state physics in the field of electronic science and technology as the carrier, and integrates science and education as the core concept, constructing a three element teaching mode of“theory practice evaluation”. By reconstructing the modular teaching content of the basic frontier, implementing standardized project-based learning (PBL) processes, and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system that is process oriented and ability oriented, it can effectively promote students'perception of cutting-edge technology, solve complex engineering problems, and enhance their scientific research and innovation capabilities. This provides a practical path and reform plan for the integration of science and engineering basic courses with the goal of cultivating new quality productivity talents.
