Engineering practice is a key link in cultivating outstanding engineering talents. The reform of engineering practice ability evaluation is driven by three factors: the development of new quality productive forces, the deepening of education evaluation reform, and the improvement of the quality of independent training of engineering talents. The construction effectiveness of high-level professional groups is the key to the success of the“China's high-level higher vocational schools and professional construction plan”(referred to as the“double high plan”). The digital transformation is an important power to promote the high-quality development of the higher education ecosystem. The application of the new generation of intelligence in the field of higher education research is increasingly tending to cultivate and enhance the innovation ability of college students. Generative artificial intelligence represented by ChatGPT has brought about changes in educational scenarios, teaching processes, and the thinking paradigms of teachers and students, providing a new platform for cultivating innovative talents. This article is based on the teaching objective of cultivating innovation ability, and constructs a teaching design that integrates generative artificial intelligence and explores its potential value. The aim is to provide reference for more scholars who are committed to the construction of artificial intelligence integration majors through the empowerment of generative artificial intelligence technology.

Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the traditional talent training mode of applied schools, combined with the experience of school-enterprise joint training, this paper puts forward the“3+1”talent training mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises. Based on the training practice of applied talents of vehicle Talents, the paper expounds from the aspects of enterprise job demand, training system, teacher construction and institutional guarantee. Practice shows that students meet the needs of enterprise talents, good adaptability to the job, and have a good significance of promotion. Finally, according to the requirements of the construction of industrial college, some reasonable suggestions were put forward, such as enterprise participation in the whole process of talent training, setting up industrial module courses, composite talents training under new engineering, and school -enterprise virtual teaching and research office construction, to provide theoretical support for the talent training mode.

Subject competitions play an important role in the comprehensive development and practical innovation ability enhancement of students. The Fisheries Department of Guangxi University closely focuses on the strategy of rural revitalization and modern fishery development, actively exploring the training mode of high-quality composite aquatic graduate students. The “Fishing Elite Challenge”is an important competition related to rural revitalization, technology driven agriculture, and innovation in the China Graduate Innovation Practice Competition. This article takes the“Fishing Elite Challenge”as an example and proposes measures to promote educational reform and cultivate innovative applied talents through competition. The integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is not only an effective model to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, but also the core way to improve the quality of higher vocational education and enhance the adaptability and competitiveness of vocational education. By reviewing the industrial education thoughts of Mr. Zhang Jian, a modern industrialist and educator, we can obtain the following insights: setting up majors focused on industrial development trends, advancing both knowledge and practice, integrating work and education, constructing a virtual simulation practical teaching platform, and basing on regional development to serve the local economy.
