Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Enterprise Recruitment and Talent Selection

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has had a profound impact on enterprise recruitment and talent selection. Through techniques such as natural language processing, machine learning, and data mining, AI has demonstrated high efficiency and accuracy in key areas such as resume screening, talent profiling, video interviews, and job matching. This paper explores the significant role of AI technology in human resource management, analyzing how it drives selection optimization and decision support from both theoretical and practical perspectives, while also examining specific application scenarios through relevant case studies. The research shows that AI not only improves recruitment efficiency and fairness but also provides strong support for enterprise talent management. This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to fully leverage AI to optimize their recruitment processes.
