Study on the Application of Project-Based Teaching in Cross-Cultural Business Communication Course under the Background of “The Belt and Road ”Initiative

Abstract: Based on“The Belt and Road”initiative, college should effectively train talents urgently needed for “The Belt and Road”construction. As one of the core courses for business English majors, cross-cultural business communication is a multi-disciplinary course. The combination of this course and project-based teaching will help local application-oriented universities to train talents needed for the construction of“The Belt and Road”. Therefore, this paper studies the specific application of project-based teaching of this course, and builds a project-based teaching model that meets the needs of“The Belt and Road”construction and has local characteristics, so as to improve the teaching effect.
