Research on the Development Strategies of Integrated Education for Teacher Education Students before and after Employment

Abstract: Building a comprehensive pre service and post service integrated education model is an important way to improve the abilities and qualities of teacher trainees, and at the same time, it can also create a high-quality team of young teachers and students. In the current situation, the article proposes to fully connect pre service and post service education, provide corresponding training opportunities for normal students, integrate educational resources, reconstruct the integrated education of pre service and post service for normal students, create an education system and training program that matches their needs, and better play its role in promoting the development of normal students.
