Significance and Path Exploration of the Construction of “Double-Qualified” Teachers' Post-Service Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-Quality Development

Abstract: The core of high-quality development in vocational colleges lies in the high-level development of the teaching staff. Against the comprehensive background of national policies, economic and social needs, and intelligent and interconnected data-driven development, this article focuses on the goal of improving the effectiveness of post service training for vocational college teachers. Combining the principles of lifelong education, ability progression, and hierarchical classification training, it studies the establishment of a post service training system that can cultivate“dual ability”and“dual quality”teachers. It is hoped that reference can be providecl in the construction of a“dual teacher”teaching staff in vocational colleges
