Connotation and Improvement Strategy of Digital Teaching Ability of Vocational College Teachers in Shaanxi Province

Abstract: With the rise of a new round of technologicl revolution, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend in the development of education. The digital transformation of education not only changes the traditional teaching mode, but also puts forward new requirements for teachers'teaching abilities. As an important component of vocational education, vocational colleges have made the improvement of teachers’digital teaching abilities a key topic in the context of digital transformation. This article takes vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province as an example to explore the connotation and improvement path of digital teaching ability of vocational college teachers in Shaanxi Province, providing reference for the improvement of teaching quality of vocational college teachers.
