    In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship course in colleges and universities of our country, this article studies a creative teaching method to improve this course. The improvement is referred to five aspects: teaching resources, curriculum system, teaching method, competition trainning system and training institution. Using the innovation and entrepreneurship virtual simulation experiment cloud platform and the hybrid online and offline teaching methods, we introduce a new teaching model named“innovation-entrepreneurship-competition”within these three aspects united together to improve this course. The reform will cover the fields of curriculum construction, innovation practices and competition. With this new teaching mode, students'innovation consciousness and ability will be cultivated, as well as the quality and effectiveness of the entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities will be improved.

    Deep learning has become the core content of the education informatization 2.0 era. Blended learning fully integrates the advantages of online and offline learning, providing comprehensive and full process support for deep learning, including technology, context, resources, interaction, and learning evaluation. This study draws on classic deep learning performance evaluation indicators from both domestic and foreign sources, fully considers the characteristics of blended learning mode, and constructs an evaluation index system for deep learning performance of college students under blended learning mode. Through expert consultation questionnaires, the importance comparison scores of primary indicators and the importance ranking results of secondary indicators are obtained. Then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weights of each indicator. This indicator system can provide reference for the practice of evaluating the effectiveness of deep learning for college students.

    This paper provides a detailed exploration of the elective course on intelligent monitoring and big data processing in geological engineering, aimed at meeting the needs of industry transformation and upgrading. The study analyzes the main issues in the practical teaching of this course, including significant differences between big data analysis methods and traditional geological engineering courses, as well as high requirements for students'mathematical and physical knowledge. To address these issues, several improvement suggestions are put forward: integrating theory with practice to optimize teaching content; carefully selecting teaching resources with a focus on practical application; fully utilizing the Python ecosystem to strengthen practical teaching; designing practical experimental projects to enhance students'hands-on abilities; and constructing a knowledge network diagram to clarify the course logic.     Based on the cultivation of innovative quality of animal science undergraduates, a comprehensive experimental project“effects of Kdm2a on the reproduction in mouse”, which conforms to the training requirements under the background of “specialization and innovation integration”, is designed and practiced. The comprehensive experiment includes the production of conditional knockout mice, genotyping, sex determination, evaluation of reproductive performance, and detection of hormone levels, which involves in most of the theoretical knowledge of animal reproduction. This comprehensive experiment also enhances students to comprehensively grasp the basic theories and techniques of animal reproduction, and stimulates their learning interest. The teaching practice has shown that this comprehensive experiment significantly improves their research abilities in self-directed learning, independent literature review, independent experimental design, as well as enhances their thirst for knowledge and comprehensive quality. Together, this comprehensive experiment meets the requirements of the“specialization and innovation integration”and can provide experience and guideline for other experimental courses in related disciplines.

    Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching mode based on student standardized patients (SSP) in undergraduate doctor-patient communication courses and analyze its application value. Method 52 clinical medicine undergraduate students from Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University in 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group adopted a flipped classroom teaching mode based on SSP, while the control group adopted a traditional teaching mode. Result Through a questionnaire survey and evaluation of students' doctor-patient communication skills, the experimental group showed better classroom participation, learning initiative, and course satisfaction. The experimental group had significantly higher recommendation rates for courses than the control group, and scored higher than the control group in terms of basic knowledge of doctor-patient communication, diagnostic thinking, communication skills, and communication effectiveness. Conclusion This method is expected to make important contributions to the reform of undergraduate doctor-patient communication courses and the improvement of medical service quality.

    Hydrogeology in cold regions is a discipline focused on studying the spatial and temporal distribution of water elements in permafrost areas, their movement patterns, and interactions with permafrost, which is crucial for understanding and predicting hydrogeological changes under the backdrop of global warming. This study aims to explore and evaluate the effects of applying innovative teaching strategies to the hydrogeology course in cold regions. We employed a combination of project-based learning and the flipped classroom approach to enhance students'learning motivation, deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge, and improve their application skills. By comparing and analyzing students'learning outcomes before and after the educational reform, including their mastery of knowledge, practical application abilities, and creative thinking, the research found that innovative teaching strategies significantly increased students'interest and participation in learning, promoted the development of their critical thinking skills, and strengthened the integration of theory and practice. Additionally, through student feedback and teaching evaluations, this study also identified challenges and areas for improvement in innovative teaching and provided suggestions for educational reform in permafrost hydrogeology and similar specialized courses. This research not only offers an innovative path for teaching hydrogeology in cold regions but also provides a new perspective for broader geoscience educational practices.

This article attempts to construct a professional course group based on the talent cultivation of mechanics master's programs in local universities. The course system of the course group has been set up and adjusted according to the research direction of local university master's programs. This article explores the relationship between the two and puts forward corresponding suggestions.     The application of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT in the field of education has attracted widespread attention. Given that few studies have focused on the application of ChatGPT in improving the evaluation of applied undergraduate teaching, this study demonstrated ChatGPT's abilities in paper analysis, simulating normal school students answering test questions, and verifying the difficulty of test papers through case studies. Furthermore, it analyzed its potential in enhancing normal school students'autonomous learning, classroom organization, and management abilities, providing new ideas for improving the quality of normal school student training.
