Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an educational concept formed to meet the needs of economic and social development and the development of higher education. School enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents. With the rapid development of economic and industrial transformation, cultivating talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities has become a common demand in various industries in society. This article explores issues that still exist in the process of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and proposes strategies and suggestions for school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, providing feasible solutions for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
