The college students innovation and entrepreneurship training program (referred to as the“da chuang project”) is an important support for enhancing college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and achieving high-quality talent cultivation goals. However, as the number of innovation projects increases, the quality of implementation varies. Based on a questionnaire survey, this article identifies four factors that affect the implementation quality of large innovation projects through factor analysis and correlation analysis, namely project investment, self-motivation, project management, and training experience. In doer to continuously improve project quality, it is necessary to strengthen process management, stimulate internal and external motivation, and establish a supporting training system.

Under the context of the comprehensive implementation of industry-education integration, vocational education begins to build a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism from the perspective of industry-education integration. This study combined with the development trend of vocational education, further study of teaching fusion and colleges collaborative education mechanism, finally put forward the construction of collaborative education mechanism, including establishing long-term mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the construction of curriculum system, establish two-way flow of teachers, strengthen the construction of practice training base, the establishment of the integration of innovation platform, strengthen quality control and evaluation, deepen international exchanges and cooperation, strengthen policy guidance and support. By establishing the establishment of school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism around the integration of industry and education, the quality of vocational education can be further improved and the comprehensive development of comprehensive ability of students can be promoted.

The collaborative education of industry, academia and research provides new ideas for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era. Firstly, it clarifies the theoretical foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and its role in student development. It summarizes the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural-related vocational colleges, highlighting prominent issues and challenges. Secondly, it analyzes the policy orientation and implementation path of the rural revitalization strategy, as well as the positioning and role of innovation and entrepreneurship education within it. Finally, it proposes potential reform paths for innovation and entrepreneurship education courses in agricultural-related vocational colleges, including adjustments in curriculum design, teaching methods, and practical components.
