Innovative Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation Models for Health Management Majors in Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of Healthy China, the great health industry, is facing the opportunity of vigorous development.The subject development system lags behind the industry development demand, and is out of touch with the economic and social development. It is difficult for the health management talents to meet the social demand. Taking Hainan Health Management Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper expounds the professional personnel training mode under the demand of big health industry. This paper probes into the construction of personnel training system, integration of post certificate, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and digitalization of health management in order to promote subject construction and provide human resources guarantee for the development of health industry.
