Abstract: New liberal arts refers to the disciplinary restructuring and interdisciplinary integration of traditional liberal arts, that is, the integration of new technologies into specialized courses such as philosophy, literature, and language, providing students with comprehensive interdisciplinary learning. In order to adapt to the construction and reform of foreign language courses in the context of new liberal arts, this article proposes the establishment of an online and offline hybrid teaching model, and proposes a reform plan for the standardized curriculum construction of foreign language majors.
