Research on the Cultivation Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: A study is conducted focusing on the current situation and challenges of the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training model under the new engineering background. The new requirements of the new engineering for talent cultivation are analyzed, and the main problems existing in the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training model are further pointed out. Subsequently, improvement measures such as optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening practical teaching, enhancing the level of teachers, and perfecting the innovative and entrepreneurial support system are proposed. The new reform directions and development trends are continuously summarized, emphasizing the importance of the joint participation and support of universities, government department, enterprises in improving the quality of talent cultivation.
