    Application of Dielectric Loss in TFT Performance Improvement

    This paper attempts to analyze and characterize the dielectric properties of the grid insulation layer of TFT devices, and establish the relationship between the dielectric loss of the dielectric layer and the compressive strength and electrical properties of TFT. Firstly, the MIS capacitor composed of gate, gate insulator and Si was prepared, and the optimum test parameter combination was optimized. Then the dielectric loss and breakdown voltage of the capacitor are tested to analyze the relationship between dielectric loss and compressive strength. Then, based on the preparation process of MIS capacitor, the TFT device was prepared and the post-TFT transfer curve was tested, and the relationship between dielectric loss and Ion of TFT open-state current was analyzed. The results show that the dielectric loss is negatively correlated with the compressive strength. The dielectric loss increases from 0.03% to 0.40%, and the breakdown voltage decreases from 334V to 300V, and the Ion decreases by 3.99uA→3.48uA. Temperature, frequency and humidity will all affect the dielectric loss measurement. This paper defines the optimal combination of measurement parameters and develops a set of methods to characterize the dielectric loss of TFT grid insulation layer. The dielectric loss of the gate insulation layer is related to the compressive strength and electrical properties of the TFT. The dielectric loss of the dielectric layer can be used to characterize the TFT properties in multiple dimensions. This study provides reference for performance analysis, characterization and optimization of TFT.

    Based on the National English Professional Talent Training Program (2020), this article discusses how students can effectively learn and improve their critical thinking abilities in speech and debate course under the guidance of China Standards of English(CSE). Through an 8-week teaching experiment, demonstrates that the self-assessment scale of CSE has a promoting effect on the improvement of English majors'self-reflection capacities, the enhancenent of critical thinking abilities and the cultivation of versatile talents. This study provides some effective methods to learn speech and debate course and enhance their critical thinking abilities.

    Rock mechanics and engineering is the main course of the urban underground space engineering specialty of Changzhou Institute of Technology, which has the characteristics of interdisciplinary, rapid knowledge change, and strong practicality. There are problems with the single teaching and examination mode, lack of experimental teaching links, and detachment from engineering practice in the teaching of this course in local applied universities. Based on this, this paper proposed and adopted some reform measures, including enriching curriculum teaching methods, introducing numerical simulation experiments, strengthening the integration of industry, teaching and research, and strengthening process assessment. The effectiveness of educational reform was summarized and evaluated. It is a useful reference for similar curriculum teaching.

    The flipped classroom teaching mode realizes the student-centered and teacher-led role transformation. SPOC combines flipped classroom teaching mode to flexibly use online and offline teaching resources and maximize students'subjective initiative. Therefore, exploring the integration effect of SPOC integrated flipped classroom teaching mode has very important application and promotion value. This paper explores the application of SPOC integrated flipped classroom teaching mode in oral anatomy and physiology, and evaluates the effect of the integrated mode. The results showed: SPOC combined with flipped classroom teaching mode could improve oral anatomy theory course scores and experimental skills scores of dental medical students, and had advantages in improving students'ability of deep learning and independent thinking, as well as their learning progress and interest. It is suggested that the teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with SPOC can be effectively applied to oral anatomy and physiology teaching, and is worthy of application and promotion in other medical course teaching.

    ObjectiveTo explore the application value of situational teaching combined with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Case-Based Learning (CBL) in gynecology and obstetrics practice class. MethodsA total of 27 full-time students majoring in clinical medicine in Guangxi Medical University in 2018 were selected as the observation group, and situational teaching combined with PBL and CBL teaching methods were used; 27 people served as the control group, using the traditional obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching mode. Conduct statistical analysis and comparison on the stage test scores and satisfaction with teaching modes of two groups of students. ResultsThe theoretical assessment score (89.93±3.73) and operational skill assessment score (90.00 ±3.05) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of students in the observation group towards various indicators of situational teaching combined with PBL and CBL teaching methods was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe combination of situational teaching and PBL and CBL teaching methods is worth promoting and applying in obstetrics and gynecology internship classes, but this teaching model still needs to be continuously explored and improved in practical application.
