Exploring the Teaching Reform of Concrete Structures through Joint Training of Excellent Engineers in Industry and Education

Abstract: Taking undergraduate civil engineering students as an example, this thesis analyzes the current situation of teaching concrete structures and proposes specific measures for the teaching reform of concrete structures based on the joint training of industry and education in the “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program” . These measures include introducing case-based and project-based teaching methods to mobilize students'initiative and enthusiasm for learning; deepening the integration and coordination mechanism of industry and education to enhance students'practical abilities and professional qualities; strengthening the construction of young teacher teams to increase teachers'engineering experience and improve practical teaching abilities; adopting diversified academic evaluation models to promote the smooth realization of the training process and goals. These reform measures are conducive to improving the effectiveness of teaching, enhancing students'innovation and practical abilities, and quickly responding to the urgent demand for excellent civil engineering engineers in economic and social development.
