Abstract: The secondary teaching unit is not only the communication bridge between the primary teaching management department and teachers and students, but also the link between teachers and students. It is also an important carrier for all teaching units to learn together and cultivate talents. Especially with the continuous development of society, higher requirements are put forward for the management of the secondary teaching and learning units in colleges and universities. It is very important to improve the teaching management mode of the secondary teaching and learning units. Based on the problems existing in the teaching management of secondary teaching units in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the teaching management of secondary teaching units.
