Research on the Construction of Teaching Innovation Teams for “Double Qualified” Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the“Double High Plan”

Abstract: In the context of high-quality development of vocational education in the new era, building a teaching innovation team for vocational college teachers is an innovative measure to promote the smooth implementation of the “double high plan” . This article takes the construction of an innovative teaching team for E-commerce teachers at Wuxi Vocational and Technical College of Commerce as an example to explore the path of building a “double-ability” teacher teaching innovation team in vocational colleges. Measures such as innovating the “double path, progressive” talent cultivation model, implementing a two-way talent flow plan between schools and enterprises, and implementing a diversified platform building plan are proposed, to provide reference for improving the construction level of the “double-ability” teacher teaching innovation team in vocational colleges.
