Research on the Reform of Application-Oriented Innovative Talents in Universities Based on the Concept of “Industry-University-Research-Application” Collaborative Education

Abstract

Abstract: “Industry-university-research-application” is a model that organically combines learning, production, scientific research and practical application, and it is an important way to cultivate applied and innovative talents for the society. Based on the analysis of background, research status and problems, this paper makes an in-depth study on the training mode of applied innovative talents in universities, and puts forward the construction ideas and paths of the training mode of applied innovative talents in universities under the concept of “industry-university-research-application” collaborative education from four aspects: training objectives, training process, training system and training evaluation.
