Innovation and Practice of Joint Cultivation of Professional Degree Postgraduates in the Context of Integration of Industry and Education——A Case Study of Xuchang University

Abstract: :In order to effectively promote the discipline construction of higher education institutions, improve the training effect of high-level applied talents, promote the output of applied scientific research achievements, further improve and enrich the level and connotation of industry education integration, this article explores the joint training mode of professional degree graduate students. Starting from the construction of a professional degree graduate training system, an innovative model for joint training of professional graduate students has been established through measures such as the construction of a mentor team, the construction of innovative practice bases integrated within and outside the school, and the management of training quality. This has formed a new mechanism for collaborative education among multiple parties, and has been proven to have significant educational effects.
