Research on the Curriculum Construction of Welding Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Professional Standards

Abstract: Based on the teaching reform practice of the core course of intelligent welding technology, GMAW, this paper explores the path and method of integrating professional standards into the course content. In the course of course construction, according to the characteristics of the GMAW method, according to the preliminary, intermediate and advanced skill requirements of the National Vocational Skill Standard for Welders, the course is constructed with the assessment items specified in the vocational skill standard and the “1+X” certificate standard for welding robot programming and maintenance as the main line, and the skill competition standard is integrated into the teaching task to achieve the integration of “post, course, competition and certificate” . Through the construction and practice of the course GMAW, the teaching content is connected with professional standards and industry standards, and the professional ability requirements are unified with the teaching content.
