Strategic Thinking on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Universities from the Perspective of Supply Side

Abstract

Abstract: The focus and key of supply-side reform is to guide the adjustment, transformation and upgrading of the demand structure by adjusting the supply structure, so as to achieve “precise supply” . The article believes that: under the trend of economic transformation and development, the talent training in the field of higher education is also the same. It is necessary to solve the problems on the supply side, including the educational administrative departments and schools at all levels, and the problems on the demand side, including the educatees and employers, so that the educatees can have more choices in the market. Therefore, deepening the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities and promoting the comprehensive reform of higher education are important measures to promote high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.
