Abstract: It is a new requirement for the current development of higher education to give full play to the positive role of ideology and politics in talent training and cultivate high-quality talents for innovation and entrepreneurship. Combining with the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education for electronic information major, the author puts forward the following points: adjust the focus of ideological and political education, implement the goal of talent training for innovation and entrepreneurship education; Seeking the entry point of ideological and political elements, giving full play to the scientific guiding role of ideological and political elements, perfecting the theoretical system of innovation and entrepreneurship, and improving the practical effect of innovation and entrepreneurship; We will strengthen the training of teachers, cultivate their awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, hone their will to do so, raise the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship, and make solid progress in innovation and entrepreneurship education to raise and improve the effectiveness of education.
