Abstract: Although the proportion of graduates of engineering major in agricultural colleges and universities is increasing year by year nowadays, they face many problems and challenges in the process of job hunting and employment due to the problems of discipline construction and social cognition. In view of the above situation, and according to the survey results of the employment status of graduates of engineering major in agricultural colleges and universities, this thesis discusses the problems existing in their employment. On this basis, some thoughts on the improvement of the employment education management mode of engineering major in agricultural colleges and universities are proposed, so as to provide ideas for solving the corresponding problems.
