The Improvement of Teachers' Information Teaching Ability in Vocational Colleges: Connotation, Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract: Teachers' information-based teaching ability in vocational colleges has become an important key link in the deep integration of information technology and vocational education. Starting from the definition of the connotation of higher vocational teachers' information-based teaching ability, this study analyzes the problems existing in the current vocational college teachers' information-based teaching ability, such as weak autonomy, lack of knowledge and skills, insufficient design and development ability, single implementation and evaluation method, weak innovation and research ability, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three levels: individual level, school level and government level.
