Abstract: Analysis on the phenomenon of Employment difficulties and enterprises Recruitment difficulties, explore the key points on the employment development of higher vocational colleges, with the orientation of the students development services, and then, construct innovative full cycle employment management system. Through the systemic measures such as optimization of the talent training program and professional curriculum system, teacher construction, vocational skills training and practice, employment management, to strengthen students' comprehensive capacity and vocational skills, improve their employment attitude, and solve graduates employment quality issues such as lower willing to work, low professional match and poor employment stability, in order to effectively meet the high-quality skill-type talent demand for the rapid economic development and industrial upgrading in the new era.
