Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students Majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences under the Construction of New Liberal Arts

Abstract: The innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students majoring in humanities and social sciences is of great significance to enhance students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and serve the social and economic development. However, in response to the requirements of the new liberal arts construction goals, this article finds that the innovation and entrepreneurship education of humanities and social sciences in Chinese universities still has problems such as over-emphasis on theory and light practice, single curriculum system, shortage of teachers, and lagging training models, which restrict the improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education for humanities and social science students. To this end, this article proposes to improve the management mechanism and talent training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education, strengthen the practice teaching link and the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher, and enrich the diversified and interdisciplinary education curriculum system.
