Research on Cultivation Path of Innovative and Skilled Talents Majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the Background of Internet Plus

Abstract

Abstract: In the era of Healthy China, the number of innovative skilled talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine is seriously insufficient and the quality of talents does not meet the requirements. In the face of Internet + and entrepreneurship and innovation and the deep integration of various industries, the talent training of TCM specialty faces new challenges and opportunities. Based on higher vocational colleges and local application of TCM education in colleges and universities, discusses the difficulties of TCM professional skill training, according to the characteristics of TCM, training innovative skilled people put forward the feasible path, so as to cultivate adapt to local economic development and enterprise needs of high-quality innovative talents to provide the reference.
