Abstract: Focusing on the typical problems in the development and reform of the modern institute of industry, according to the construction principles and task objectives of the modern institute of industry, this paper combs out the problems and practical difficulties in the process of jointly building the modern institute of industry, clarifies the school running system, investment system and management system of the modern institute of industry, and further improves and reforms its operation mechanism, and guarantee mechanism. In practice, gradually refine the talent training mode of modern industrial college, and explore a new way of training industrial high skilled talents.
