This article takes 624 teachers from vocational undergraduate institutions as the research subjects, and based on the questionnaire survey method, investigates their information-based teaching capabilities from five dimensions: attitude and responsibility, foundation and skills, design and development, application and evaluation, as well as integration and innovation; Use SPSS 27.0 software to conduct descriptive analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and variance test on the sample data. The results show that the information-based teaching capabilities of teachers in vocational undergraduate institutions is at an average level, and there are significant differences in terms of age, teaching experience, and professional title, while there are no significant differences in terms of educational background and gender. Strategies such as constructing a systematic support system to continuously improve teachers'information-based teaching capabilities, implementing hierarchical and classified cultivation strategies to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training, and establishing a dual-drive model of motivation and support to eliminate teachers'fear of information-based teaching are proposed.

To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX (Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise) combined with DOPS (Direct Observation of Procedural Skills) in the internship teaching of the department of ultrasonic medicine. A total of 40 interns from the department of ultrasonic medicine were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 20 interns in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while the experimental group adopted the teaching mode combining Mini-CEX and DOPS. The Mini-CEX scores, DOPS scores, and teaching satisfaction of the interns in the two groups were compared. The Mini-CEX scores and DOPS scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05), especially in ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis, analysis ideas, humanistic care, and emergency response; the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Therefore, the application of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS in ultrasound department internship instruction can effectively enhance interns'clinical comprehensive competence, procedural skill levels, and teaching satisfaction.

With the accelerated promotion of digital transformation in education, digital textbooks have become the core element of foreign language teaching reform, which also puts forward new ability requirements for foreign language teachers. The multimedia characteristics of digital textbooks mean that foreign language teachers face the challenge of teaching mode reconstruction. Most foreign language teachers with liberal arts backgrounds lack information technology training and face difficulties in adapting to technology, resulting in a structural contradiction between “subject background technical requirements” . This article is based on TPACK and TPD theories, taking basic Japanese courses as an example, to explore the root causes of the dilemma of digital textbooks promoting teacher role transformation and technological adaptation. The study found that transformation is multidimensional, phased, and differentiated, and requires collaborative construction of a support system from the perspectives of teachers and schools.

The implementation of the linkage between middle and high school (vocational, higher vocational, undergraduate) is a scientific path to improve the modern vocational education system, which is conducive to regional economic and social development. However, from the actual situation, due to the problems of talent training objectives, courses, guarantee mechanism and other aspects, the connection of high education in vocational education is not smooth, which affects the quality of talent training. On the basis of following the development law of technical and skilled talents, Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology adheres to the mutual coordination of teaching resources, faculty team, management mechanism, practical training conditions, and skill certificates, thus cooperating with vocational colleges to construct a relatively mature mode of talent cultivation between middle and high universities, forming a new mode, paradigm, and mechanism for talent cultivation between middle and high universities. This paper takes Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an example, deeply explores the connection situation of middle and high talent talent training, and summarizes the specific talent training path, in order to provide useful reference for the integrated development of middle and high talent.

With the deepening of teacher education reform in the new era, English normal students are expected to develop both core competencies and educational competencies as future teachers. Against this backdrop, this study takes the English majors at a certain University as an example to explore the improvement pathways for the practical teaching abilities of normal students from the perspective of core competency. A “PRACTICE +” teaching paradigm for practical training at a certain University has been constructed, which includes eight dimensions: professionalism-highlighted nurturing, research-based practice, apprenticed model, collaborative platform, technological integration, immersive experience, critical reflection, and effective evaluation. By optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening practical teaching, and promoting collaboration between the university and external entities, this model effectively addresses the issue of enhancing practical teaching abilities in traditional English normal education. It provides a reference for the cultivation of English normal students in local universities and offers valuable insights for the reform of teacher education.

Against the backdrop of the continuous improvement of the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics, vocational undergraduate course teachers bear multiple responsibilities such as knowledge transmission, practical guidance, and industry integration. The traditional competency model is no longer able to fully characterize its complex quality structure, and there is an urgent need for theoretical updates and structural reconstruction. This article is based on the iceberg model and combines the characteristics of vocational undergraduate teacher positions to construct a three-layer nested competence structure model, including explicit areas (teaching skills and curriculum implementation), latent areas (educational philosophy and professional identity), and foundational areas (motivation driven and personality traits). The model systematically reveals the evolutionary logic of teacher competence from the outside in and layer by layer. The study has clarified the relationship between various abilities and their driving mechanisms for teaching behavior, providing a clear and logically rigorous theoretical framework for the competence enhancement of vocational undergraduate teachers.

This paper examines a reform pathway for enhancing teacher-student AI literacy collaboratively within the context of business innovation and entrepreneurship education. Centered on four progressive stages—preliminary assessment, blended instruction, competition-integrated learning, and reflective evaluation—the course builds a teaching practice framework that integrates AI competencies with business acumen. This approach helps solve the mismatch in which “teachers understand business but not AI, while students understand AI but lack business insight” . The findings suggest that structured collaboration and authentic task orientation are essential to achieving effective pedagogical integration and capability enhancement, offering a replicable model for the digital transformation of business education and interdisciplinary talent development.

In response to the needs of national vocational education reform and rural revitalization strategy, this article focuses on the construction of an evaluation system for the targeted training of “agricultural electricity craftsmen” in vocational colleges. Based on the practice of the transmission and distribution engineering technology major (power supply service direction) at Changsha Electric Power Technical College, and in response to the current problems, a combination of education and training evaluation model for deep integration between schools and enterprises is proposed. Through the “three in and three out” school enterprise rotation teaching, industry education collaborative education mechanism, and comprehensive reform of “job course competition certificate” , a five dimensional evaluation system of “morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor” has been formed, and an electronic file and ability radar chart of “one person, one file” has been established to provide a basis for adjusting personalized training programs and recommending job adaptations. Empirical research has shown that this system effectively enhances students'job adaptability, delivers high-quality technical and skilled talents to the power industry, promotes the development of rural electrification and intelligence, and has practical value for promotion.

Under the current context of high-quality development in preschool education, cultivating preschool education majors with strong reflective teaching abilities has become crucial to meeting the demands of kindergarten positions and promoting sustainable professional development of teachers. However, vocational college preschool education majors face issues such as weak professional situation response, lack of interest and scientificity in activity design, and closed teacher language in practical teaching. The root causes lie in the disconnection between the curriculum system and job requirements, insufficient practical experience of student teachers, and an incomplete reflective evaluation system. To meet the demand for reflective teachers in high-quality preschool education, we can enhance depth reflection through on-site experience, guide deep reflection with reflective tools, and promote cooperative reflection by building a reflective community, thus forming a closed loop for improving reflective teaching abilities.
