Against the backdrop of deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational education and promoting the comprehensive education of“job, course, competition and certificate”, the assessment and evaluation system for teachers in higher vocational colleges needs to break through the traditional paradigm and transform towards the integration of“job performance and innovation ability”(integration of job and innovation). This article is based on the theory of human resource management and the characteristics of vocational education types, through empirical research and theoretical analysis, it reveals structural contradictions in the current assessment system, such as vague classification standards, imbalanced evaluation dimensions, insufficient innovation ability orientation, and lagging incentive mechanisms; Propose a classification assessment framework based on job attributes and innovation capabilities as the core. By constructing a collaborative system of “job type evaluation indicators implementation path”, optimize assessment dimensions, improve evaluation subjects, and strengthen the application of results, providing theoretical support and practical paths for the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the construction of the“dual-qualified”teacher team.

As an important carrier of lifelong education system, open universities urgently need to establish an innovative talent evaluation system that meets the needs of“integration of vocational education and continuing education”. In response to the structural contradiction of traditional evaluation models emphasizing knowledge memory over practical ability, this article proposes a“multiple intelligence” evaluation system, integrating the theory of multiple intelligences with the ability based education concept, and constructing a full process closed-loop management mechanism covering“course teaching practical training competition actual combat project transformation job innovation”. Through the delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, a five level evaluation index system is designed to change the static and fragmented mode of traditional evaluation, and provide a practical path for Open University to deepen the“integration of vocational education and continuing education”, industry education integration, and enrich the evaluation methods of innovative talents.

To enhance the application ability and job adaptability of vocational college students majoring in rehabilitation therapy technology in human anatomy, this paper, based on the competency orientation of rehabilitation positions, conducts research on the teaching reform of human anatomy courses in vocational colleges. By analyzing the compatibility of competency theory in vocational education and combining with the requirements of rehabilitation therapy technology positions, a competency model covering basic knowledge, practical skills, clinical thinking and communication ability was constructed. On this basis, this paper designed a systematic teaching reform path from four aspects: teaching objectives, content structure, teaching methods and evaluation mechanism, highlighting the integration of task-driven and ability-oriented approaches. Using the control experiment research method, the reform experimental class and the traditional teaching control class were respectively subjected to a one-semester teaching intervention. Data were collected through multiple methods such as questionnaires, interviews, classroom observations, performance analysis and job internship feedback, and quantitative and qualitative analyses were conducted. The results showed that the reform class was significantly superior to the control class in terms of learning interest, theoretical mastery, practical operation ability and job adaptability. The teaching effectiveness was remarkable. The research verified the effectiveness of competency orientation in the reform of basic courses in vocational education and provided a feasible methods and practical research references for enhancing the human anatomy application ability and job competence of rehabilitation majors.

The integration of industry and education is a key carrier for deepening the construction of modern vocational education system, and optimizing its driving mechanism has important significance for the transformation and upgrading of service industries. This article constructs a“dual circulation dynamic model”based on symbiosis theory and complex adaptive system theory, systematically analyzing the operational logic of the industry education integration community in higher vocational education: the internal circulation system is driven by the mutual benefit of multiple subject resources in“government, school, enterprise, and industry”, and achieves value appreciation through joint research, education, and sharing; The external circulation system relies on the triple environmental pressures of policy, market, and technology to drive system evolution; The dual cycle system is coupled and symbiotic through the mechanism of“pressure transmission subject response system feedback”. However, there are problems in the construction of the integrated community of industry and education at the practical level, such as the lack of coordination among the internal circulation subjects and the attenuation of the transmission efficiency of the external circulation. This article proposes an optimization path to address the above issues, providing a systematic solution for the construction of the industry education integration community and helping vocational education and industrial transformation and upgrading.

Under the innovation-driven development strategy, universities play a vital role in fostering innovative talent through the construction of effective intelligent innovation education systems. This study takes the Innovation Training Center at China University of Mining and Technology as a case to examine the synergistic development of intelligent innovation spaces and educational models. The research demonstrates that by integrating advanced equipment such as CNC machines and 3D printers, and creating one-stop innovation communities like“tool libraries”and“consumables supermarkets”supported by a hybrid online-offline management model, resource allocation for practical innovation can be significantly enhanced. Furthermore, the establishment of a tiered curriculum system (foundation-specialization-practice), the implementation of project-based teaching approaches, and the adoption of a combined formative-summative evaluation mechanism effectively foster students’innovative thinking, practical competence, and collaborative abilities. This paper provides a theoretical and practical reference for the development of university-based innovation platforms and the reform of talent cultivation models, offering valuable insights for advancing innovation in higher engineering education.
