Research on the Project-Based Teaching Mode of Product Design Professional Integration of Industry and Education from the Perspective of “Work Oriented”

Abstract: This article is based on the educational concept of “work oriented” and combines the teaching practice of the product design major at Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute to explore the construction path and operation mechanism of project-based teaching mode under the background of industry education integration. A teaching implementation framework guided by job competency has been reconstructed through the project-based approach of the curriculum system, the dual circulation mechanism of industry education integration, and the systematic mechanism of school enterprise collaboration. The practical results show that this model not only effectively improves students'comprehensive practical ability and professional ethics, but also improves the matching degree between talent cultivation in universities and industry demand, providing a reference paradigm for the reform of design related professional teaching in local universities.
