Exploration on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Model in Adult Higher Education Based on Learner Centered Approach—Taking Zhejiang Open University as an Example

Abstract: With the development of social economy and the advancement of digital reform, people's demand for knowledge has led to the continuous deepening development of the concept of lifelong learning. Adult colleges should seize the opportunity of modern education development, reform the talent training mode, improve the quality of education and teaching, and help enhance inclusive human capital. Starting from the learner centered theory, this article analyzes the background and significance of the reform practice of adult higher education at Zhejiang Open University, explores the specific path of constructing a quality standard system for adult higher education talent cultivation, improves teaching effectiveness, and promotes the reform of talent cultivation mode.
