Research on the Reform Path of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities Guided by Improving Students'Health Literacy under the Strategy of “Healthy China”

Abstract: Under the background of the comprehensive promotion of the “Healthy China” strategy, college physical education shoulders the important task of cultivating college students'health literacy and improving the quality of human resources. Traditional teaching has limitations in promoting students'health literacy. Based on this, this paper proposes to build a “life-oriented sports” teaching system, develop daily scenario-based teaching content and establish a campus health behavior guidance mechanism, construct a “personalized health prescription” teaching mode, implement dynamic evaluation of students'health status and customize differentiated teaching programs, and build a “personalized health prescription” teaching mode; Promote the teaching innovation of “digital empowerment” , build intelligent sports teaching platform and use virtual simulation technology to carry out teaching; Improve the “literacy-oriented” multi-evaluation ecology, establish health literacy growth files and implement the “health points” exchange mechanism and other reform paths. In order to effectively promote the improvement of students' health literacy, this paper provides a feasible reform direction for college physical education to adapt to the strategic needs of “Healthy China” .
