Abstract: Currently, digital transformation represented by intelligent construction is restructuring the operation mode of the construction industry, and the work scene of on-site engineers has also undergone significant changes. The traditional work mode that relies on manpower and experience is facing challenges. Therefore, the study focuses on three key aspects: constructing an intelligent integrated curriculum system, building an interdisciplinary faculty team, and improving a capability oriented evaluation system. The aim is to seek a practical and feasible method to help engineering talents smoothly connect with the core requirements of technological changes in intelligent construction and the development of new quality productive forces, in order to effectively solve the problem of talent supply-demand mismatch in the process of intelligent upgrading and new quality productive forces development in the construction industry, and to assist in the high-quality transformation of the industry.
