Abstract: This paper takes the digital media arts program as its research subject and systematically explores a talent cultivation model guided by the strategy of “equipping the mind with scientific spirit, establishing a foundation with engineering knowledge, fostering creativity through artistic abilities, and serving society with design capabilities” . It provides an in-depth analysis of the model's effectiveness in enhancing students'professional competence and employability. The research findings demonstrate that this model has achieved significant results in improving students'employability, though challenges such as uneven resource allocation and varying faculty quality remain. Further refinement and optimization are necessary to better align with market demands and offer valuable insights for cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative talents in higher education.
