Exploration of Teaching Reform in Forest Protection Graduation Thesis under the Background of New Agricultural Science—Taking Guizhou University as an Example

Abstract: Graduation thesis is the last important link in undergraduate education and an important factor in measuring the quality of undergraduate teaching. Against the backdrop of the new agricultural science requiring the cultivation of new agricultural and forestry talents that are in line with the development of the times, this article analyzes the problems that exist in the undergraduate thesis of the forest protection major at Guizhou University in recent years. It analyzes the reasons from three aspects: students, teachers, and management, and proposes reform suggestions for topic selection, experimental process, responsibility, and evaluation mechanism, in order to provide reference for improving the quality of undergraduate thesis in the forest protection major.
