Abstract: Sales management is a core course in the marketing major. To address the three major pain points of traditional classroom teaching -“rigid and outdated course content, traditional and dull teaching methods, and single evaluation methods”, the course is positioned around applied undergraduate education, adhering to the teaching philosophy of“student-centered learning”. By constructing online course resources complemented by classroom teaching, the course aims to continuously accumulate extracurricular“fragmented knowledge”while stably delivering“systematic knowledge”in class. Employing blended teaching methods and information technology, it optimizes teaching organization forms and reforms teaching methods. Furthermore, it constructs a“personalized, diversified, and multi-dimensional”teaching evaluation system, providing timely and effective assessment feedback. This approach aims to create a digital learning platform and an interactive learning environment for students, emphasizing the cultivation of exploratory learning thinking in the era of fragmented learning and stimulating their creative social practice capabilities to enhance students'comprehensive literacy.
